NUTRITION

Are you struggling to keep food down? Are you confused about what foods you can and can't eat during pregnancy, and overwhelmed by all of the nutrition info out there? Are you worried you're not eating the right foods to support your baby's growth and development? In my program I help you know exactly what foods you should be eating at each stage of pregnancy and postpartum so you can feel confident throughout your entire journey. I will help you manage any symptoms that come up along the way! Nutrition can impact symptoms like nausea, vomiting, constipation and heartburn. Let me help you feel good throughout pregnancy and make sure you're giving your body all the ingredients it needs so your baby can have the healthiest start to life!

MIND

Are you struggling with anxiety and overwhelm around food during pregnancy? Are you lying awake at night because you're thinking of all the things you need to know before your baby comes? Are you having trouble managing stress and worried how it will impact your fertility/pregnancy? Throughout your journey, from becoming pregnant ("holy s*** this is really happening!") to preparing for birth ("how is this baby going to come out of there?"), you're going to feel every emotion and I will be there with you the whole way! I will help you enjoy your pregnancy journey, without all the stress and overwhelm.

MOVEMENT

Are you exhausted and struggling with pregnancy fatigue? I know pregnancy can be exhausting and some days (or more than some), all you want to do is lay on the couch. I will help you increase your energy levels, reduce your stress, prepare for labor, and manage symptoms that stem from a lack of movement (goodbye, constipation!). Managing your blood sugar is important - especially if you have Gestational Diabetes - and exercise can help with that too! By managing your blood sugar levels, you can avoid some of the birth complications that are associated with Gestational Diabetes. Growing your little one and giving birth can be like running a marathon, and you want to be mentally AND physically prepared. We will come up with a personalized plan together so you can feel great during your pregnancy.
